Are you Ready?

 
  • I have a chromebook, laptop or desktop computer that I will be able to use for my distance learning needs. 
    • If you are still in need of a chromebook, review the procedures to request one here

  • I have a way to access the internet at my home or the location at which I will be participating in my online learning. 
    • If you are in need of connectivity, utilize the Connecting Kids website put together by CCSD to learn about your options.

  • My computer has a camera and microphone and I have tested that they both work. 
    • Want to check? Join us in a Google Meet at 12 noon, 1 PM or 2 PM on Friday, August 21st (click on the time you want to join) and test your mic and camera with us!

  • I know my AD username and password. (All usernames are now your google account: for example: john.123456) and I am able to log on to my chromebook or other device. 
  • I can login to my school google account. 
    • I can access a google meet.

  • I have checked my school email and read relevant emails sent from the school and my new teachers.

  • I have logged into the new learning management system by following these steps:
    • Logging onto clever.ccsd.net
    • Clicking on “log in with google”
    • Clicking on the Canvas icon
    • I have created a bookmark for clever.ccsd.net



  • I have logged into Infinite Campus and checked my schedule.

  • I have downloaded a copy of the A/B calendar for the 20-21 school year.

  • I have downloaded a copy of the daily Bell Schedule for the 20-21 school year.
 
  • I have identified a place in my home that I will be able to set up as a learning area.
 
  • I have set an alarm for the first day of school so that I am ready to join my Period 1 class at 8 AM.
