DMV Attendance Form:
Students- Due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Nevada DMV has confirmed that the "Approved" stamp is not required on the DMV-301 attendance form. So, all you need to do is complete the form per the instructions and email it directly to Ms. Stelluto. She will verify your attendance and email the form back to you. From June 19, 2020 - July 22, 2020, you should email your completed form directly to CCSD's Educational Services Division. They will sign your form and email or scan it back to you.
